There has been a rising trend of pet humanization and increased pet ownership in every household. Pet ownership has become increasingly popular in recent years. People have been drawn to rare dog breeds, and one of the byproducts we recently heard about was the Bengaluru case. Bangalore now owns one of the rarest breeds.
News about a dog sold for Rs. 20 crore has been empowering on social media. Yes, you heard it right. The story of the 1.5-year-old dog's high-profile sale has become sensational news. A Bengaluru man named Satish bought a Caucasian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Hyderabad. A Caucasian Shepherd dog is a rare breed in India, which he called “Cadabom Hayder.” Hayder, who is 1.5 years old and weighs over 100 kg, recently participated in Trivandrum Kennel Club and Crown Classic Dog Show events with his fellow companions, winning over 32 medals.
This Caucasian Shepherd breed is mainly found in places like Armenia, Turkey, Circassia, Azerbaijan, Dagestan, and Georgia. Caucasian shepherd dogs were used for centuries to protect properties from trespassers, guard livestock against large and small predators such as wolves and coyotes, and perform many other duties. Soviet breeders developed this dog breed in the twentieth century. They are most commonly used as companions and watchdogs in modern times, particularly in the West. They live for about 10-20 years. The Caucasian is bold, fearless, self-confident, and fierce when a threat is present, but he is soft, devoted, kind, and endearing to his family, including other pets.
Satish is a celebrity dog breeder and president of the Indian Dog Breeder Association, and he also owns a kennel in Bengaluru. He is known to buy expensive breeds of dogs. He had earlier imported two Korean mastiffs from China, which cost him Rs. 1 crore each. Reportedly, Satish also pets Tibetan Mastiffs and Alaskan Malamutes, which he purchased for Rs 10 crore and Rs 8 crore, respectively. In 2016, he stated for 20 years; it was a passion to have Korean Mastiffs. I looked worldwide but needed help finding information about the puppy's breeder.
He had picked them up from the airport in a Rolls Royce and a Range Rover. Satish has also bought two pups of the Caucasian Shepherd dog for Rs 5 crore. The Hyderabad owner contacted Satish to inform him about the Caucasian Shepherd, and Satish was intrigued by it and showed interest in buying it. "Hayder is huge and extremely friendly," he told a newspaper, describing the dog as "a female lion." He also said the dog is staying at my place, which is air-conditioned. He added that the dog's head measures around 38 inches, and its shoulders measure 34 inches. Cadaboms Hayder's parents live nearby as well.
Satish's next step will astound you: he plans to host a "big event" in Bengaluru in February to introduce Cade Hayder to the community. The proud owner, Satish, is planning to introduce "Cadabom Hayder" to dog lovers in Bengaluru at a mega event in February.
